How it works
Vietnam land & house listings with local lawyer verification and Soneium escrow. Digital deed record ≠ legal title.
- Search — fly to a real address on satellite imagery (backend geocode).
- Draw polygon — trace uneven boundaries point-by-point; GPS area locks in.
- Set price — seller sets the ask price in USD before submit (suggested: area × $85/m²).
- Upload KYC / deed — deed certificate + government ID, contact details, disclaimer.
- Lawyer site visit — partner lawyers in Vietnam attest after an in-person meeting.
- Escrow buy — listed parcels: pay USDC.e or ETH on Soneium to the escrow address, then confirm the tx.
Overlaps with existing parcels trigger a warning (not a hard block) in v0.1.
